cashyou is the advantage app for young people and students.
In the cashyou app you will find exclusive discounts (redeemable on site or online), exciting competitions and, if you have saved your UBS payment methods, online cashback and in-store cashback with various partners, where you automatically receive money back after your purchase.
The cashyou app is free for UBS clients and otherwise costs CHF 3/month.
You can redeem a coupon by clicking on the corresponding coupon in the cashyou app and confirming the redemption. Please make sure to confirm the redemption only if you really want to use the coupon. Accidental redemptions cannot be undone. Once you’ve confirmed redemption, a screen will appear displaying a QR code, a numeric code, a barcode, or the brand’s logo, which you can show at the register or enter in an online store.
Activate cashback by storing your UBS payment methods in the app and then automatically receive cashback from our in-store cashback partners after your purchase with a stored payment method. Please note that you can only withdraw your accumulated cashback to a UBS account.
Activate cashback by depositing your UBS payment methods in the app and collect online cashback when you visit the websites of our online cashback partners via us and make purchases in accordance with the stated requirements. Please note that you can only withdraw your collected cashback to a UBS account.
No, a coupon will not be reactivated if a partner has not granted it. In this case, however, we would be grateful for feedback to info@cashyou.ch so that we can contact the provider and address the incident.
If you are unable to redeem a particular coupon in the cashyou app, this may be because the coupon cannot be redeemed indefinitely and you have already reached the maximum number of redemptions for this coupon. You can see how often a coupon can be redeemed at the bottom left of the coupon.
Regardless of whether it is in-store or online cashback, you can simply request a rebooking in the customer support section of your profile and we will take care of it.
You may register with cashyou if you are between 12 and 30 years old and are in an educational relationship. You are in an educational relationship if you are enrolled at a university, university of applied sciences, higher technical school, grammar school, vocational secondary school, secondary school or secondary modern school in Switzerland or if you are in a regular apprenticeship relationship (vocational apprenticeship). As long as you meet these requirements, you may use cashyou.
Yes, you need the cashyou app to see the offers from cashyou. You can download it from the App Store or the Google Play Store.
If you want to delete your account, you can let us know by sending an email to info@cashyou.ch, although we do not recommend this. We will delete your account for you. Your cashyou account will be automatically deleted on your 31st birthday at the latest.
